Pineapple pudding recipe
1 stick of butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of cinnamon
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
5 slices of bread (cubed)
1 can (regular size) crushed pineapple
Cream well butter or margarine with sugar. Add eggs, beaten, salt, cubed bread and well drained crushed
pineapple. Pour into greased Pyrex dish top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
